Deep in the winter the bare branches glow, new spaces are formed with minimal colours and the imagination plays with dark forces.These prints were created in response to some photographs I took of the trees in the woodland around my house and on the banks of the River Wye. I created linocuts and woodcuts that I wanted to combine with the digital photographs. What I thought would be an easy combination turned out to be very difficult to resolve. Prints were photographed and printed on a number of times to produce the finished images. Each print is unique. 50 by 67cm framed.
